Rental rates for 2008/9 are as shown below. A deposit of £150, (Cheque, Postal Order or Cash) is required for any stay of 7 days or over in order to secure a firm booking. Full payment is made on arrival. In the case of cancellation a refund of the deposit, less the re-advertising cost (currently £30) is made, providing the booking can be relet. Where the booking cannot be relet then no monies will be refunded.
